The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim, said that as of May 24, the supply of electricity has increased in the Mykolaiv Oblast, but the region is still forced to use hourly blackout schedules.
As of May 2024, the pace of reconstruction of the Mykolaiv region has slowed down. So far, 30% of the region has been restored, mainly critical infrastructure facilities.
