This was reported by Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych.
The district administration and public utilities are currently working at the site.
«Our employees are currently cleaning the area, removing rubble, helping people to sew up broken windows and inspecting damaged roofs.» Representatives of the Red Cross, the police and rescuers from the State Emergency Service are also working alongside the citizens,» said Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych.
He added that the commission inspection of the objects damaged after 23 February 2023 is carried out by the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the City Council.

As a reminder, at night and in the early hours of 13 December, Russian troops attacked critical and industrial infrastructure in Mykolaiv and the region. As a result of the shelling, settlements in Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts were left without electricity. Restoration works are currently underway.
Five people were injured in the shelling in the city. Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych added that it was one of the most massive attacks on Mykolaiv and the region in recent times.
Odesa region also came under one of the most massive air attacks. Russian troops struck at energy and industrial infrastructure, causing power outages in some areas of the region.
In addition, part of the Kherson region, including the city of Kherson, was cut off from electricity due to massive Russian strikes.
