Warsaw will demand an explanation from the Russian Federation regarding the violation of Polish airspace by a Russian missile on Sunday, March 24.

This is stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Poland.

As you know, a Russian missile flew into the territory of Poland during the attack on Ukraine.

« Poland will demand an explanation from the Russian Federation in connection with another violation of the country's airspace. First of all, we call on the Russian Federation to stop terrorist air attacks against the people and territory of Ukraine, as well as to end the war and deal with the country's internal problems,» the statement reads.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland also expressed its condolences to the victims of the Russian bombings and their relatives.

«Poland condemns all forms of terrorism and attempts to review the borders by force,» the statement emphasized.

We will remind you that during March 23, Russian troops launched four missile strikes on the territory of the Mykolaiv region. There are no injured or dead.

It is also noted that on the night of March 24, the forces and means of air defense destroyed three Russian unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed-136/131 type in the Mykolaiv region.
