Critical infrastructure and private homes were damaged as a result of the missile attack on Mykolaiv, which was carried out by two ballistic missiles. Two women received minor injuries and received outpatient care.

Vitalii Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, announced this on the air of Yedyni Novyny.

«The city was really attacked by two ballistic missiles. The enemy was targeting critical infrastructure close to people and private homes. Currently, the city and communal services are working to eliminate the consequences of the impact,» Vitalii Kim said.

He also noted that two women received minor injuries and received outpatient care.

«I want to thank the police who quickly arrived at the scene and managed to evacuate people between the two strikes, which made it possible to avoid casualties,» Kim added.

Vitalii Kim emphasized that at the moment, details regarding the damage to the critical infrastructure facility cannot be disclosed:

«Regarding the damage, I want to clarify exactly what can be commented on and what can't be commented on. The enemy has destroyed some of the building's equipment, and it's hard to tell what effect this will have yet. We understand that this is a critical infrastructure facility and the attack was targeted, but I will not provide detailed information at this time in order not to harm the situation. The second strike took place 50 meters from the first, and the target was the same object.»

We will remind that on Thursday, October 10, the Russian army hit Mykolaiv twice with ballistics. The first blow was heard at 11:45, 7 minutes after the air raid alert. At the moment, it is known about two victims as a result of the missile strike.
