Six new school buses were handed over to six communities of the Mykolaiv region for students who need a ride.

This was reported in the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

It is noted that the buses were received by Berezanka, Halytsynove, Vilne Zaporizhzhia, Kryve Ozero, Arbuzynka and Yuzhnoukrainsk communities.

We will remind that on July 26, the first batch of six school buses was handed over to four communities. Novo Odesa and Yelanets communities received one bus each, and Stepove and Veselynove communities — two each.

Subsequently, on August 22, seven new school buses were handed over to four communities of the Mykolaiv region.

We will also remind you that the Government allocated about 5 billion hryvnias from the budget for shelters in schools in eight regions, including Mykolaiv. In addition, almost 216 million hryvnias will be allocated for school buses.
