Alley of Remembrance

Alley of Remembrance is a memorial space created to honor the memory of the fallen, particularly military personnel who sacrificed their lives for the state. It is a place of mourning, gratitude, and a reminder of the sacrifices made for the future.

Alleys of remembrance often feature memorial plaques, portraits of the fallen, symbolic trees, or other elements that emphasize respect for the heroes. In Ukraine, such alleys are established in cities and villages, often in parks, squares, or near monuments. Their importance has grown since the onset of the war in 2014 and especially after Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022.
