In Mykolaiv, for 15 million hryvnias, a house on Samoilovicha Street, which was damaged during enemy shelling, is going to be overhauled.

The Department of Housing and Utilities of the Mykolaiv City Council has announced a tender for the capital repair of a residential building on Samoilovycha Street, 8a.

For 15 million 90 thousand 693 hryvnias, the contractor has dismantled the covering of the floors, walls and ceiling, repaired the walls, strengthened the wall panels, insulated the coverings, installed heat and sound insulation, repaired balconies, equipped ramps, replaced windows and doors, etc. All works must be completed by May 20, 2024.

Currently, the process of submitting tender offers is ongoing, and an auction is scheduled for December 11.

Earlier it was reported that in Mykolaiv they are going to repair two more high-rise buildings that were damaged by Russian shelling for 14.7 million hryvnias.

We will remind that on September 7, the city council supported the allocation of funds from the budget of Mykolaiv for the technical inspection of private houses affected by the war.
