On the night of 15 March, Russian troops attacked Odesa region again with attack drones, damaging homes, cars and businesses.
It was reported by Odesa Regional State Administration.
Two people were reportedly injured, including a 61-year-old woman in Odesa and a 53-year-old man in Chornomorsk.
«A 61-year-old woman was injured in Odesa. She sustained facial injuries from glass fragments as a result of the blast wave. She was hospitalised. Also, as a result of the first attack on Chornomorsk, a 53-year-old man was wounded. He was taken to a medical facility in moderate condition. Doctors are providing the wounded with all the necessary assistance», the statement said.
According to the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa region, firefighters and volunteers extinguished fires caused by the Russian attack.
«Critical infrastructure was damaged, as well as a private house, a shop, and cars. The State Emergency Service involved 17 units of equipment and 69 firefighters, and volunteer fire brigades — 3 units of equipment and 9 personnel», the statement said.
As a reminder, yesterday Russian troops attacked settlements in the Kherson region using aircraft, artillery and drones. The shelling killed one person and injured 11 others.
