Russia attacks Odesa with drones: a shopping centre, shops and a house burned down, some injured

On the evening of 20 March, the Russian army launched a massive drone strike on Odesa. Three teenagers were injured in the attack. Large-scale fires broke out in the city, damaging a residential building, a shopping centre and shops.
According to the State Emergency Service, more than 70 rescuers, 5 volunteers and 23 pieces of equipment were used to eliminate the consequences. The fire engulfed three locations, and rescuers extinguished «powerful» fires. In total, more than 18 impacts were recorded.
The attack also caused emergency power outages in some districts of Odesa, including Primorskyi, Peresypskyi and Kyivvkyi districts, wrote the head of Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper.
On the morning of 21 March, utilities began work to eliminate the consequences of the shelling, the city council said.
As a reminder, on 20 March, Russian troops attacked Mykolaiv region nine times with FPV drones. In the morning, they fired artillery at the community.
