Over the past day, July 8, Russian troops shelled 15 settlements in the Kherson region. Due to Russian aggression, 2 people were injured.

Private houses were damaged, critical infrastructure was hit, Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the regional military administration, said.

Beryslav, Tiahynka, Kizomys, Veletenske, Komyshany, Odradokamyanka, Romashkovo, Bilozerka, Novooleksandrivka, Poniativka, Mykhailivka, Antonivka, Klapaia, Shevchenkivka and the city of Kherson suffered from enemy fire. The enemy also carried out a missile attack on the Kherson district.

The Russian military targeted the residential quarters of the populated areas of the region, in particular, 2 high-rise buildings and 19 private houses were damaged.

Hits were also recorded in the administration building, a shop and a gas pipeline, as well as damaged farm buildings, a warehouse and a motorcycle.
