eVidnovlennia: more than 600 certificates for damaged property have already been issued in Bashtanka Oblast

As of the end of February, 677 certificates for the amount of 58 million 698 thousand hryvnias were issued to the residents of Bashtanka district of the Mykolaiv region.

Vladyslav Dmytriv, the head of the Bashtanka district military administration, announced this during the briefing, NikVesti reports.

Compensation is provided under the «eVidnovlennia» program. Also, 53 certificates for the purchase of housing were issued to those whose houses were completely destroyed.

According to the head of the RVA, most often problems with receiving compensation arise due to the lack of ownership documents.

«We work according to three resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers. Where the property is completely destroyed, it is mainly the private sector, we work according to the 600 resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. To date, we have already received 53 certificates, only 117 were damaged for the total amount of 69 million 258 thousand hryvnias. Unfortunately, today not all residents with damaged property had legal documents. That is, restoration of documents. We are working with international donors who include the situation in their clusters in order to help as much as possible,» said Vladyslav Dmytriv.

Work is also ongoing on the payment of funds for damaged housing as a result of the explosion of the Kakhovska HPP in the affected communities — Snihurivka and Horokhivka. However, it is not yet known how many people received the money and what the amount is.

In the spring, the Mykolayiv RMA explained how to restore destroyed or lost documents on ownership.

It is also known that there are already 30 commissions working in the Mykolaiv region to restore housing damaged during the full-scale invasion under the «eVidnovlennia» program.
