By the end of 2025, a comprehensive plan for the spatial development of the territory should be developed for the Kobleve community of the Mykolaiv region.
This was reported by Volodymyr Panych, head of the Kobleve village council, in a commentary to NikVesti.
«It will include the entire inventory of land, including vacant land, on which certain facilities will be located and planned. This will be the main document according to which the community will continue to develop and order all projects. Without it, we cannot promote any projects. We decided to allocate a little bit of money to start it,» he explained.
The development plan will contain information on the land of all 12 villages of the community, he said: Anatolivka, Bessarabka, Vynohradne, Hlyboke, Kobleve, Luhove, Morske, Novofedorivka, Rybakivka, Tuzly, Ukrainka and Fedorivka.
«It will be an aerial survey. The entire territory of our community will be photographed with a drone. The boundary of the hromada will be established. We will already have a clear understanding of where we have nature protection lands and where we have forestry lands,» added Volodymyr Panych.
The spatial development plan is to be developed by the end of 2025, and 9.5 million hryvnias is planned to be spent on it, according to the ProZorro public procurement website.
The Kobleve village council has signed a contract with the company «Consortium «Archizem Ukraine» to carry out these works. The company is registered in Kyiv and has been operating for more than 4 years, according to the YouControl analytical system. The company's core business is engineering, geology and geodesy, and technical consulting services in these areas. The company is owned by Oleksandr Riabchenko.
As a reminder, part of the beaches in Kobleve, Mykolaiv region, are to be opened by the summer of 2025. Entrepreneurs insist on resuming the tourist season following the example of Odesa.
