On the morning of October 10, Russian troops once again attacked Kherson. Civilian infrastructure in the Central district of the city was damaged as a result of the shelling.

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, announced this.

It is noted that the shells damaged the auto center, civilian vehicles, the trolley bus network, and also shattered the windows in the houses.

«The road is littered with glass and debris, gutted buildings. Such are the consequences of the next Russian shelling of the Central district of Kherson,» the message reads.

Also, a 16-year-old girl developed an acute reaction to stress due to shelling. The ambulance helped her on the spot.

Later, the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko, added that the power equipment was damaged. Currently, the villages of Tekstylne and Zelenivka in the Dnipro district of the city and a large part of the Tsentralnyi district are completely de-energized.

«Energy experts are studying the extent of damage. We will inform you about the progress and completion of the emergency restoration works,» he writes.
