Russian troops attack Kherson region: two wounded

On the afternoon of 28 January, Russian troops attacked Kherson and the village of Novokairy in Beryslav district. Two people were injured as a result of the shelling.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional State Administration.
It is noted that around 17:00, Russian troops fired artillery at Novokairy.
«As a result of the «arrival of» into the house, a 73-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury and contusion. The victim was taken to hospital for medical care», the statement said.
In addition, a man was taken to hospital after being hit by an enemy UAV in Kherson at around 15:00.
«The 70-year-old man was diagnosed with an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to his arms and legs. The victim was hospitalised in moderate condition», the press service added.
As a reminder, in the evening of 28 January, two explosions occurred in Mykolaiv. A private enterprise was hit.
