Russian invaders killed 551 children in Ukraine

Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, the Russian army has killed 551 children and injured at least 1,366 more children.

This is reported by the General Prosecutor's Office.

«More than 1,919 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. As of the morning of June 4, 2024, according to the official information of juvenile prosecutors, 551 children died and more than 1,366 were injured of various degrees of severity,» the message reads.

The largest number of children were affected in Donetsk Oblast — 536, Kharkiv Oblast — 389, Kherson Oblast — 152, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast — 143, Kyiv Oblast — 130, Zaporizhzhia Oblast — 108, Mykolaiv Oblast — 107.

Earlier it was reported that the Russians shot a family with two children in the Russian-occupied village of Kamysh-Zoria, Zaporizhzhia region.
