The water utility plans to spend ₴19.2 million on patching potholes following emergency repairs across Mykolaiv

A team from the water utility is working to repair the damage. Illustrative photo: NikVestiThe municipal enterprise Mykolaivvodokanal has announced a tender for patching repairs to roads and pavements in areas where emergency or scheduled works on utility networks were previously carried out.
The procurement has been published on the ProZorro public procurement system, reports NikVesti.
The estimated cost of the works is 19.2 million hryvnias. The contractor must complete all works by 30 June 2026.

The process of submitting bids by participants is currently underway, and the winner will be selected after 24 March.
It should be noted that in January, Mykolaivvodokanal was also seeking a contractor to repair roads following repairs. The private enterprise «BF «Sovar Group» was selected as the winner. According to data from the YouControl platform, the company was registered in August 2023. The owners of «BF «Sovar Group» are Serhii Shulhach and Oksana Shulhach.
Serhii Shulhach is a member of the Mykolaiv Regional Council representing the Propozytsiia party. He has also served as a member of the Mykolaiv City Council on several occasions. Furthermore, according to YouControl, Serhii Shulhach heads a number of other companies that have repeatedly won tenders for road repairs and maintenance.
