In 2024, taxes to the budgets of all levels in Mykolaiv region totalled 22.8 billion hryvnias.

This is 19.2% or 3.7 billion hryvnias more than in 2023, according to the State Tax Service of Mykolaiv region.

The state budget received almost 13.2 billion hryvnias, which is 73.1% or 5.6 billion hryvnias more than in the same period last year.

On Thursday, 10 October, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed in the second reading the draft law №11416d on tax increases. Almost all MPs from Mykolaiv region supported this decision.

It should be noted that in late November 2024, President Zelenskyy also signed a law on tax increases. It is expected that the state's tax revenue in 2025 will amount to 141 billion hryvnias.

It was also reported that from 1 January, individual entrepreneurs will pay higher taxes.
