On the afternoon of October 31, Russian troops attacked a civilian vehicle in the Bilozerka community of the Kherson region with an unmanned aerial vehicle. As a result of the shelling, four people were injured.

It is noted that as a result of the Russian attack, the 27-year-old man received an explosive injury, a contusion, and shrapnel wounds to the head, chest, and legs. The ambulance took him to the hospital for medical assistance.

«The men, 31 and 32 years old, received mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel injuries to their legs. Doctors provided the victims with the necessary assistance and prescribed outpatient treatment,» the message added.
