The number of victims as a result of the attack on Kryvyi Rih increased to 51 people, including 12 children.

Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the City Defense Council, announced this.

«Now there are 10 adults (5 of them are serious) and 7 children in hospitals - thank God, thanks to our doctors, there are no more «severe» among them. All victims are provided with all necessary assistance,» he wrote.

The liquidation of the consequences of enemy strikes is still ongoing at the sites of the strikes, all utility services are working, and 25 brigades of utility workers are involved. Aid headquarters for the victims have been deployed in the city.

Today, March 13, the city declared a day of mourning.

«5 lives of peaceful people were taken by the enemy by hitting the city with rockets... Eternal memory to them,» Oleksandr Vilkul wrote.

It will be recalled that on March 12, the Russian occupiers attacked a high-rise building in Kryvyi Rih. At 19:43 it became known that more than 30 injured people were in hospitals, 5 in serious condition. A child is among the wounded.

Later, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, reacted to the consequences of the Russian missile attack on high-rise buildings in Kryvyi Rih. The President instructed to provide assistance to all who need it as soon as possible.
