The Ministry of Defense concluded contracts for the provision of women's summer field suits for servicewomen for almost 130 million hryvnias.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, this will cover existing needs until the end of the year.

More than 90% of the suits have already been delivered to various military units. Each set consists of three elements: a jacket, pants and two armbands with national symbols — the state flag.

According to the Ministry of Defense, women's military clothing differs from men's in terms of shape and complexity of cut. Kits for defenders are presented in the range of sizes from 40 to 64. They are designed for height from 146 to 188 cm.

Therefore, the purchase of women's military uniform is an important step in creating comfortable conditions for our women defenders. These purchases are about respect for equality and justice in the ranks of the Armed Forces,» said Deputy Defense Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.

We will remind, in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, women's underwear passed all the necessary tests, so the Ministry of Defense put it on the supply for female military personnel.

Also, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine approved the second sample of a bulletproof vest for female military personnel. Its weight is from 10.5 kilograms or more, depending on the configuration.
