Odesa law enforcement officers announced a new suspicion against Russian Lieutenant General Serhii Kobylash, the commander of long-range aviation of the Russian Air Force.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, it was on his order that on April 23, 2022, Russian troops struck Odesa with Kh-101 cruise missiles.

At least 23 Uman residents died then, including six children. Kobylash is responsible for dense bombing of densely populated areas of Mariupol and other massive attacks by Russian aircraft.
