₴38 million was paid to residents of the Bashtanka district of Mykolaiv Oblast for housing restoration

In the Bashtanka district of the Mykolayiv region, financial assistance under the «eVidnovlennia» program was paid to 433 households. The amount of payments amounted to 38 million hryvnias.

Vladyslav Dmytriv, the head of the Bashtanska DMA, told about this at the briefing, the correspondent of NikVesti reports.

In general, more than 4,800 private property objects were damaged in the Bashtanka district during the full-scale war. A total of 834 households submitted an application for compensation for losses under the «eVidnovlennia» program. As in most de-occupied settlements, people are faced with the problem of lack of ownership documents.

«Unfortunately, there are certain problems, because people, mostly in rural areas, and the Bashtanka district is mostly a rural district, there are no documents,» said Vladyslav Dmytriv.

According to him, today the territorial communities of the district help the population with the recovery of the necessary documents within the framework of the «Turbota» program. Thus, 500,000 hryvnias were allocated to the Bereznehuvate UTC as part of the program.

«Today, there are a number of UTCs that have allocated funds under the «Turbota» program in order to renew documents for the privileged categories that need it the most. This program is provided today, for example, in Bereznehuvate UTC, which was on the verge of conflict. There are settlements where almost 94% of the private sector has been destroyed today. This program was adopted in it and 500,000 hryvnias were allocated for the restoration of documents,» said the head of the DMA.

It will be recalled that it was previously reported that the Voznesensk City Council helps the owners of houses destroyed or damaged as a result of Russian aggression to restore documents confirming ownership. As part of the project, the city council allocated 60 thousand hryvnias.

Also, in the village of Kyselivka of the Pervomaisk UTC in the Mykolaiv region, about 60% of residents do not have documents that would confirm their right to a house. Because of this, they cannot apply for compensation from the state for damage or destruction caused by Russian shelling.

In the spring, the Mykolayiv RMA explained how to restore destroyed or lost documents on ownership.

It is also known that there are already 30 commissions working in the Mykolaiv region to restore housing damaged during the full-scale invasion under the «eVidnovlennia» program.
