Two Russian military personnel were informed in absentia about the suspicion of brutal treatment of the civilian population in Mykolaiv Oblast, committed by a group of persons based on a prior conspiracy (Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
This was reported in the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The suspects are servicemen of the 205th Separate Motorized Rifle Cossack Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Russian Federation.

«The occupiers abducted local residents from private homes or right in the middle of the street, took them to the premises of an illegally seized agricultural enterprise, where they subjected people to numerous tortures in order to persuade them to cooperate with the occupiers. The attackers shot in the direction of civilians, hit people on the head and torso with the butt of a machine gun, and broke their limbs,» the message reads.
