President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in an interview with the Japanese TV channel NHK.
Zelenskyy stressed that he cannot respond to calls for a ceasefire while Russia continues to occupy Ukrainian territory.
«Patience, support and diplomatic pressure are three factors for a fair end to the war. If the US and European countries maintain unity, it will be additional pressure and show Moscow that it has no chance,» the president said.
According to Zelenskyy, Kyiv will start detailed negotiations with the relevant countries regarding territorial integrity and other issues, and by the end of November, Ukraine will present an action plan to achieve peace.
It will be recalled that the President of Ukraine stated that not all territories occupied by Russia can be recaptured by force, sometimes only diplomacy and international influence are needed for this.
