The client of the works is the Yuzhnoukrainsk Covered Market utility company.

By September 30, 2024, the contractor will have to arrange partitions, mount metal structures, cover surfaces with ceramic tiles, lay sewage pipelines, as well as perform priming, puttying and painting of walls and ceilings.

After the contract is concluded, the customer must pay the contractor 30% in advance, and the remaining 70% — after the completion of the work. Currently, the process of submitting offers from future participants is ongoing, the contractor will be chosen after June 14.

We will remind, in Yuzhnoukrainsk, Mykolaiv Oblast, they plan to develop a catalog of the city's tourist infrastructure. For this, a working group was created in the city council.
