The state-owned enterprise «Hlibna baza 76» will be sold at an auction

In 2024, the Mykolaiv state enterprise «Hlibna baza 76» will be put up for sale and, in the future, privatized.

Oleg Sokol, Deputy Head of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for Odesa and Mykolaiv Oblasts, told about this at the briefing, NikVesti reports.

He said that this is currently the largest state object in the Mykolaiv region, which is being prepared for sale at an auction in the first quarter of 2024.

«Today, one of the largest objects that are unlocked today (not in the combat zone, note) is being prepared for sale — this is a large state-owned enterprise «Hlibna baza 76,» Oleh Sokol noted.

He also emphasized that this enterprise used to be the largest elevator in the Mykolaiv region. Today, the object has been transferred to the State Reserve Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and, accordingly, belongs to the state property.

In total, 42 objects in the Mykolayiv region are included in the list of those subject to privatization. However, the sale of 20 of them makes martial law in the country impossible.

«According to the law of Ukraine on the privatization of state property, it is established that during the period of martial law, the privatization of objects located in the territories in the combat zone or close to the combat zone is not carried out,» said Oleh Sokol.

Work on preparation for sale continues only on 22 objects included in the specified list.

«Today, the list of objects that are part of such territories (combat zones or nearby, — note), and this is part of the territories of Bashtanka district and Mykolaiv district, including the Mykolaiv territorial community, includes several state-owned objects. Thus, among the specified objects, work is actively being carried out on only 22 objects,» said Oleh Sokol.

According to him, 10 more objects are proposed to be included in the list of those subject to privatization.

«The work on inclusion of objects for sale continues, today there are 10 more proposals for inclusion of objects in the list for privatization in the DMU Fund,» summarized the deputy head of the Regional Department of the FDMU.

We remind, during 2023, 8 state-owned objects were privatized in the Mykolaiv Region: revenues to the budget exceeded the pre-war figure by 3 times, they amounted to 14 million 122 thousand hryvnias.

At the same time, it became known that the Office of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to auction the building House of Culture of the Portsmen in Mykolaiv. However, this will happen under the condition that Mykolaiv will be excluded from the list of territories that are close to the bottom of the combat zone.
