A tender for the repair of an anti-radiation shelter for ₴14 million was re-announced in Bashtanka

In Bashtanka, a new tender was announced for the reconstruction of the anti-radiation shelter in the building of the local lyceum.
This is evidenced by the data of the ProZorro electronic procurement system, «NikVesti» reports.
Previously, the department of education, youth and sports of the executive committee of the Bashtan city council planned to spend 14 million 369 thousand 848 hryvnias on works. Bidding was held and the winner was chosen — «Kaskad» Production Association LLC. However, in the process of signing the contract, the contractor, who was supposed to perform the work, did not provide the appropriate license for the installation of fire extinguishing systems. Therefore, the proposal had to be canceled.
The repeat auction is scheduled for October 25.
The contractor must remove the old covering on the floor and prepare the walls and ceiling for other construction work. The tender documentation also mentions ventilation works, installation of fire doors, etc. In addition, a toilet will be installed in the shelter and hot water will be supplied there. All works must be completed by December 15, 2024.
Earlier it was reported that the basement of the «Yahidka» kindergarten in Bashtanka is going to be renovated.
It was also reported that another storage facility in an educational institution will be repaired in the Mykolayiv region. The Berezanka settlement council ordered the repair of the basement for 3.6 million hryvnias.
