Ukrainian blogger and author of the telegram channel «Lachen writes» Ihor Lachenkov called on the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkevych, to hold an offline session of the city council.

However, it has since become known that deputy Tetiana Dombrovska stated that she did not support the draft decision «On streamlining the structure of the Mykolaiv City Council and its executive bodies» (s-dz-001). At the same time, her vote is listed in the minutes of the session as «for».

She immediately drew attention to the discrepancy and asked the mayor to correct the minutes. But in response to her appeal, the City Council Secretary Dmytro Falko replied that the results of remote voting are recorded and stored in Zoom, and the process is encrypted and excludes interference, so it is impossible to distort the votes. In response to this position of the city council, Tetiana Dombrovska wrote that if her demands are ignored, she is ready to apply to law enforcement agencies.
