The head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Budanov, said that a new prisoner exchange with Russia could take place this week. He also said that the next round of negotiations involving Ukraine, the United States and Russia is likely to take place on 26-27 February.

In a comment to Suspilne, he noted that work on the exchange is currently underway.
