The head of the Mykolaiv thermal power plant stated that he was satisfied with the work of his team, despite the problem with the start of the heating season

Director of Mykolaiv CHP Dmytro Myroshnychenko expressed his satisfaction with the work of his team, despite the problems that arose with the start of the heating season.

He told about this in a comment to the correspondent of NikVesti.

Dmytro Myroshnychenko said that his work schedule starts at 6:00 a.m. and lasts until 9:00 p.m. Similar efforts are put into work by his deputies, who work in different shifts in the morning and at night.

He explained that the team working under his leadership was assembled during the summer of the current year. During this period, they attracted almost 160 million hryvnias of investments in the development of CHP, 107 million of which are donor funds.

— Yes, I am satisfied with the work of my deputies. This is actually my entire new team. And we need some time so that we can show the effectiveness of our work. I headed the CHP at the end of November, and I actually assembled my team by the summer of this year. Over the course of a year, we attracted investments in CHP worth almost 160 million hryvnias, of which 107 million hryvnias were donor money. People don't see it yet, but we will tell you about it later. For example, we brought equipment at the expense of the German government, without it we would not have excavated these accidents at all, then there would have been a real collapse. Currently, top-level managers work around the clock. I work from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and one of my deputies works from the morning, and another deputy always works from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., he noted.

We will remind you that the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration believes that despite the declarations of readiness for the heating season, the Mykolaiv CHP did not fulfill its promises. In OVA, the enterprise is required to make personnel decisions.

According to the information posted on the website of the Mykolaiv CHP, the head of the board is Dmytro Myroshnychenko.

Among the management team are the member of the Mykolaiv City Council from the «EU» Viktoriia Pereverzeva, who is the director of administrative and economic activities and a former deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, ex-advisor to the mayor of Mykolaiv Mykhailo Talpa. He is the head of the department of strategic development and information technologies.

In addition to them, the following are also indicated:

• Serhii Rykov — technical director, chief engineer;
• Vera Zverzhynska — financial director;
• Anton Pavlov — commercial director;
• Oleksandr Naumenko — the director of procurement, transport and logistics.

It is worth noting that PJSC Mykolaivska Teploelektrotsentral is a state-owned enterprise managed by JSC Naftohaz Ukraine, which belongs to the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

We would like to remind you that after the failure of the heating season and statements from the Mykolayiv RMA about the need for personnel decisions, an official investigation was launched at the CHP to find the culprits.

Note that the 2023-24 heating season in Mykolaiv began on November 14. As of the evening of November 18, the Mykolaiv thermal power plant company connected only half of the total number of consumers in Mykolaiv to heat. At the same time, in September, the CHP reported that it was 92% ready for the start of the heating season.

As of the evening of November 20, dozens of apartment buildings remained without heating in Mykolaiv. In several districts of the city, repair works of heating networks continued. Then the first deputy of Mykolaiv city mayor Vitalii Lukov announced that they plan to connect all residential buildings of Mykolaiv to heat in a few days.

However, on the evening of November 21, there were still more than 400 apartment buildings in the city without heating.

The Mykolaiv thermal power plant said that delays in the supply of heat to multi-apartment buildings occurred due to large gusts on the main pipelines of the heating lines.

On November 30, the CHP reported that due to emergency works in three more areas of the city, residents will be left without heating again for some time. However, the company immediately announced the good news — according to forecasters, the weather conditions in Mykolaiv are expected to improve.

It was also reported that during the 2023/2024 heating season, water from the estuary is poured into Mykolaiv thermal power plant only in emergency cases. Thus, the networks of the enterprise are filled with salt water by 8%, while last year the systems were filled with estuarine water by 91%.

Numerous gusts of CHP networks are connected, in particular, with the fact that last heating season the enterprise used salty water from the estuary, which accelerates the corrosion of already outdated pipes. Thus, the start of both heating seasons began without disruptions and significant accidents in the houses served by the regional heat and power utility.
